Founder: The Fine Art Ledger, Corporate Attorney at Samuel J. Miller Esq. P.C.

I am founder of The Fine Art Ledger, the Polygon powered Fine Art Physical NFT platform, and corporate and commercial transactional attorney at The Law Offices of Samuel J. Miller Esq. P.C.

My specific focus is blockchain, NFTs and fine art and Family Office.

Being intensively involved in the building and development of The Fine Art Ledger, I have specific experience in the operation and functionality of smart contracts, and the interface with and structure of NFTs , including all associated metadata content, constructs and storage.

I am licensed to practice law in, and have practiced in California, England and in South Africa, and have both extensive in-house and law firm experience.

Before returning to private practice, I established and led the legal department of Kloeckner Metals Corporation, the third largest metals service center in North America, comprising Namasco Corporation, Macsteel Service Centers USA and other subsidiaries, and prior to that I worked as an M&A solicitor in the leading City of London firm Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP (now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner).
